Approach
Our approach
Five rules govern how Avictus works, from the initial thought you share with us to the day you assume control of the system we developed.
-
A proposal in writing
Each proposal states what the engagement will do, its limits and the running costs we can foresee.
-
Security and privacy from the start
We handle your data under Quebec and Canadian privacy law, limit access to the staff working on your project and review security before launch.
-
A measure agreed in advance
Before we start, we agree on a measure, such as hours of manual tasks saved each week or errors caught before they reach a customer. We report against it, even when the result falls short.
-
Your handover
We hand over the documentation, the admin access and a training session, so you or your staff can run and adjust the system you receive.
-
Written scope and price
Before the project starts, the scope, the schedule and the price or rates are set out in a written agreement. Any change is agreed in writing first.
These five rules apply to every engagement, large or small.
